Friends with Co-workers

I believe that being friends with co-workers is very important, but it is not necessary. I think its important because if you don't have a ride to work you can ask them if they can take you. Another reason is that on your lunch you can go with them so you won't be alone. I feel it is not necessary because you are going to work and make money not to socialize. It is also not necessary because you can get distracted talking to them and then you wont focus on the work your supposed to get done. That's why i feel it is important, but not necessary at the same time.

Employees Taking Things From Work For Personal Use

I believe taking things from work isn't right if you don't ask permission from you boss. Maybe it's because what if you leave early that day and someone else needs it and there's not an extra one. I also think if you don't ask your boss that your taking an object it may consider stealing. I believe a good idea is asking your boss that if its okay to take the object home for personal use and that you'll bring it back the next day. For example if you let them know that your taking it home your boss might even let you and hell even understand your situation. I also believe that you should always ask for permission no matter what.

My Future Career Interest

One of my future career interest is to become a welder. I chose this career because I like to do hands on work because I work better. I like welding because in high school I had a welding class and it was really fun welding metals together. Ever since i had a welding class I really focused on welding a lot and i even want to go to college to take a welding class. I'm also really sure I can accomplish this career. Another reason is that i like to learn new thing while working and becoming a better person.

communicating in High School

Communicating in High School is very difficult now a days due to technology. It is difficult because everything can be done through text or social media. The bad thing about communicating through technology is that you are use to texting somebody and not talking to them face to face. That causes you to be very shy when you have to go in front of the class to present. Communicating through social media is sometimes good because you meet new people and when you see them in person it wont be as awkward because you've already talked to them on social media. My point is that everyone in High School communicates through technology.

Writing Challenges

Many people have trouble writing, including me. For example I get confused with there and  their when I'm writing a sentence. Im sure many other people have trouble with that as well. i also have trouble with periods and commons because Im not sure if Im supposed to put a period or comma. Another challenge I have when writing is how to keep a paragraph going without it not making sense. Those are some challenges that many people including me face while writing.
